Ellicott City Brewing, Ellicott City, MD
I went to Ellicott City, Maryland and first went to this Brewpub that was in this old mill. The batter on the tenders was definitely home made. They were moist and seasoned well. The potato chips were crisp and home made. They had this bar called the the Batcave and it was bat themed and it was in the basement.
I visited the town's first firehouse that was made into a museum. We got to ring the big fire bell and see a bunch of toy fire trucks.
Before we left we went to this cottage that was made in the 1700s and it has replicas of what it would be like back then.
I would go here again.

Wing Stop Sterling, VA
I went to a new place call Wing Stop. They had this machine where you pick a soda from a larger selection than normal and press a touch screen. When you pick the soda you push the button and it will come out.
The tenders were awesome. They were some of the best in my opinion I have ever had. All food is made to order. No heat lamps. They were crunchy, tender, and seasoned well. The fries were nice. They were also salted well. I think this is a very good place to go for lunch.
Melt Burgers, Leesburg, VA
I went to Leesburg where we ate at Melt Burgers. I tried something new. It was a Girl Scout Thin Mint milkshake. It tasted minty and chocolatey. The fries were salted well and the burger was OK. It tasted a little burnt. But other than that it was pretty good. I would go here again.
Editors note: This place is rated the best burger in Loudoun County. It did not disappoint.

Legend Brewing Richmond, VA
I went to Richmond and went Legend Brewing. The chicken tender batter tasted like tortilla chips. The tenders were only OK. The fries were seasoned well. The wings were great. They came out hot and they didn't have any sauce on them. The wings were burnt crispy. We would come here again.
Before we went to the Brewpub we stopped at a Record Store. My dad got a lot of cool stuff there.
I liked seeing the Virginia General Assembly Building. And I think I also saw the Govenor's House.
I would like to see more of Richmond next time we go.

Lafayette Inn Standardsville, VA
We drove the Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. After that we went to this restaurant that was more than 130 years old. The tenders were good. They were breaded well and crunchy. I also loved the fries. They were seasoned well and I could not stop eating them. There is a ghost story about a Confederate soldier who committed suicide in the foyer. It is said that a phantom blood stain can still be seen sometimes.
